recovery, there is no fee.

Domestic accounts over $1000 and less than one year are serviced at 25%.

Those under $1000 or over a year are handled at the industry rate of 35%.

Second Placements are worked for at a rate of 35%. (see Second placements)
*Merchandise Returns and *Discovery will be subject to twelve and one-half
percent (12.5%).
*Merchandise Returns: Merchandise accepted by claimant as partial or full
settlement.
*Discovery: Identifying those claims that have been paid one month
or longer before being placed for collection.
